Does VM.Standard.A1.Flex VM have ALWAYS FREE badge in instances list?

I have a free tier account.

When I create a VM.Standard.E2.1.Micro instance, there is 'ALWAYS FREE' badge at the VM in instances list.

But when I create a VM.Standard.A1.Flex instance, there is not 'ALWAYS FREE' badge at the VM in instances list.

Is it right? tell me what your console shows...
