Writeback to HCM

We have a requirement to have a writeback integration from EPBCS to HCM regarding the workforce data

Hello All,

I have a business requirement to have an integration between EPBC and HCM, inbound and out bond, we already did the integration using custom BIP report and we are able to retrieve the correct data from HCM system, however, we are also required to send new hires data like hire Status, data of joining, martial status..etc, but when extracting data from data management we are not able to export the textual data using data management, so what is the options we can used to export the text, and date data to a file from EPBCS?
