How to bulk import employee resources for Contracts?

I've been trying to import resources but the required object ('Resource') is missing when I query it.

I go to Tools - Import Management - Objects (tab)

I then filter the Object by 'Resource', however it does not show up, only 2 others with the word 'Resource' in it.

Is there a special role that I'm missing?
