Advanced Controls - transaction model - eliminating false positives

Hi All

I have another Advanced Controls transaction model/control question. I am seeing false positive results for the out of the box models 5003 and 5005 where it shows (predominantly) line managers hiring/amending salary and adding/amending bank details but this isn't possible based on their access. However, when a line manager converts a pending worker to become an employee, it triggers the new starter checklist/journey which includes sending the bank details action to the employee. I can verify this in the transaction console.

Is there a way of excluding this from my results or are these transaction models designed to be used in conjunction with the access models?
