Key privileges for getdocumentdata() method for schedule service BI SOAP API

Description : Currently Oracle Fusion Cloud support getdocumentdata () method of schedule service BI SOAP API with the user who has BI Administrator access to download BI Report output for Private jobs. It is not best to assign BI Administrator access to user just for downloading BI Report output via API. Having BI Administrator provide other admin access which may jeopardize the security of the application and risky from Audit perspective.

Use Case and Business

Need (Required): Currently we have an integration user which need to download PDF output of the AR Invoice attachments submitted and generated by Print Receivable Transactions program part of e-Invoicing solution to send the AR Invoice directly to customers.
