Can Evaluations be attached to offering activity in bulk using HDL? Since eSignature is not available yet in Oracle Learning Cloud, we are proposing the client to use a self-attestation / self-acknowledgement evaluation and attach it as a required evaluation to the activities that are using PDF and Weblinks since these content are marked as complete once user clicks on the content.

When offering activities are loaded via HDL as part of data conversion, can the linkage of activity to evaluation questionnaire be done via HDL
