Need a way to create OTBI for Available to transact quantity in Inventory Management

We are trying to create a OTBI to report 'Available to Transact' on hand quantity.

However, we dont find this field in any OTBI under Inventory Management.

Any suggestion on how to achieve this requirement is appreciated.
