Archiving and Purging Matched Transactions in Transaction Matching

Service Administrators can archive matched transactions that no longer need to be in the production environment. Archived transactions are exported into an archive file which can be downloaded locally. After the matched transactions are archived, they can be purged from the production environment.

Business Benefit: Purging transactions that are no longer required improves the performance of production environments. Archiving matched transactions before purging them ensures that the transactions are available for future reference. Because archive files use the .csv format, they can be easily viewed and searched using existing tools.
