23A Cannot import ADFDI Create Non Labor Costs

We are testing Release 23A.

Please see screenshots in attached image.

But - the basic issue is that we can go to Projects - Tasks - Capture Costs - Create Nonlabor Costs

Then complete the ADFDI template for:

  • Source: Oracle Fusion Projects
  • Document: Miscellaneous Expenditure

Complete the basic info (Project, Task, Item Date, Exp Type, Exp Org etc.

Upload to Fusion, and a Request ID is confirmed for the Import Costs job.

Import Costs runs, but the Generate Output Report PDF confirms 0 Warnings, 0 Errors, 0 Successful, 0 Total

There are no records in the PJC_TXN_ERRORS table for the record.

I can see the record in the PJC_TXN_XFACE_ALL table, with a TRANSACTION_STATUS_CODE of P.
