Deep Link for Internal Supplier Registration

Using Supplier Registration workflow for suppliers created for check request, which are usually employees. The check request and therefore supplier registration request may be entered by someone other than the supplier/employee themselves.

Internal Registration records the username of the person creating the request as well as supplier contact. Using External Registration, it looks like the Requested By name is recorded as the supplier contact, even if an internal user filled the form.

This means that the person receiving the check gets notified, not the person who will be responsible for entering the check request.

Using internal registration looks more in line with the goal, where the user who filled the request is recorded as the Requested By and we could notify them directly.
