Monitoring

We are performing additional backend optimizations to help mitigate the issue while continuing to monitor the progress of clearing the backlog of requests and overall service health. In addition, support engineers have adjusted DNS load management until the backlog has cleared. Further updates will be provided upon mitigation or as events warrant.
