Ability to sharing assets like Connections and Lookup between Projects - Global and Local

Description (Required):

Currently Assets like Connections, Lookup belong to only one project and are not share across projects. However, having having connections and Lookups as Global level settings and Local level would help.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

Normally, lookup e.g. country codes, System codes and connections to end system can be common for all projects and should be allowed to shared across projects. This will reduce maintenance of these objects. If a scope for these assets can be provided - like Global - Shared Across Projects and Local within Project would definitely help in maintenance.
