Hi Team,

We were trying to understand what all are the capabilities of the OCC Out of the Box Integration with Unity. We have been referring the following document: - https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/cx-commerce/22d/ccint/configure-commerce-oracle-unity.html

Outside this document can anyone give us some insights on what purpose does this integration serve on a Business perspective. Also what level of personalization can be achieved through this?
