Learning - Offer has new activities but completed assignment do not see them.

We have added new activities to some offers.

This is oracle custom behaviour, completed assignments do not face the changes. But the not yet completed can see and have the new activities to perform.

Manually we can manage activity and disregard the completion of one activity, and than all new ones are displayed. and we must compete the already finished task, once again manually.

Using "manage in speadsheet" we faced error unable to update complete status

Has anyone faced this situation and came up with a bulk solution. We have more than 1000 learners in such situation.

Also Learning specialist did not like the option to cerate a secondary assignemnt of the same offer using initiative and reconcile
