How do I show all completions for same Course Title in OTBI report?

Summary:

OTBI report to show completions only shows first completion if title is the same. Need to get OTBI report to show the same data as the View Transcript (which can't be printed) when logged in as the associate on Me-->Learning-->View Transcript.

I am newer to OC Learning, but have used LMS in the past (NetLearning). I have someone you can see in the photos who on the OC View Transcript they show completing a course several times, but on my report I have created to show All Completions it only shows the first one they took and not any after that. I assigned it at a different title and it then would go on the transcript when those are completed, but from what I see I should be able to assign courses based on validity (another item trying to
