How can manage multiples Expense Account distribution in One Asset

Our current scenario needs to distribute the expense account of a builder it shares in different cost centers and Bussine unit segment in this case business unit is part of the Chart of accounts.

How can manage this requirement effectively just think of one option using the allocation process in GL, but exist any option to manage this requirement from Fix asset modulo?
