Summary:

I've started to re-build our learning reports in the Learning Records subject area, but I'm having problems with the way the data displays.

Content (required):

1) I want to find out who has enrolled onto a specific set of courses in a specific time period. A large proportion of our course titles have been edited, because we changed our naming convention about 18 months ago. When I run the report, it shows the course title that must have been in place when the learner completed the training. So I've got two sets of titles appearing for every course.

I've used 'Assigned Learning Item Number' and 'Assigned Learning Item Title' from the Assigned Learning Item Information folder. I've filtered the Learning Item Number field. Is there a different field I should be using which will just show the latest version of the course title?
