Reports and Documents Folders not showing in SV Panel

Hi All

User noticed that these folders are not appearing in their Smartview panel anymore. I tested user access by cloning their access into a testuser and the folders appear as expected. Is their a user security refresh similar to what we had in old on prem hyperion ? My next option I guess is to remove user and then re-instate.
