Hide Organization Information Department Details' Sections while creating/editing Departments

Hello, 
we need to hide some sections (i.e. GL Cost Center Information, France Department Information etc.) in Organization Information EFF: Department Details while creating or editing a Department (see screen attached). We used "Manage Organization Extensible Flexfields" task and noticed that these sections are protected and uneditable (see screen attached). 
Is there any other way to do this?
