Task stuck in "In Drop/Between Zones"

Task stuck in In Drop/Between Zones, Multi Step Replenishment window shows No Allocation found upon entering intermediate drop location

Created Movement request with 2 lines for same item going to 2 different location

Task Zone move rule is setup to have different intermediate drop location for both the locations

Single picking tasks was created as entire quantity was picked from single location, while dropping into intermediate location all the quantities got dropped into intermediate location tied to 1st location. There was no prompt to break/split LPN. System should have guided to drop into 2 different location based upon task zone move rule.
