Manage Lots displays lot numbers that haven't been really created (assigned in cancelled WO)
When searching for a lot number, the ones that have been assigned to a work order that has been cancelled later on are still displayed in Manage Lots
During work order creation, the lot number is assigned so the work order can be released and executed.
For a specific type of items, we chose to set a user-defined material status so the user can identify the lot numbers that have to be inspected for quality check.
However, in case the work order is cancelled before its completion, the lot number is still showing up in Manage Lots, with the status that should have been the default status at WIP completion. This is confusing for users because they are using the search for this specific status from Manage Lots as kind of a backlog of the items they have to inspect.
