Dynamically populate the Percentage Required in Parallel Assignees

In the approval Human Task, when All Assignees in Parallel is selected, we would like to dynamically populate the Percentage Required field. We tried to leverage the parallel count variable but the value which we provide is not honoured. Please let us know is there an alternate way to achieve this ?
