How to get the latest completion date along with the new due date? (Learning Assignment)

Summary:
We want to get in the report the latest completion date of the learner and the new due date in each course in 1 row for each learner. However, we are getting 2 rows. Is our requirement possible? Please check the attached screenshot and the SQL we created.
