How to change the currency of a quote from REST-API

Summary:

When we create a new quote in the "Create Transaction" in REST-API, we want to set the initial value of the parameter:currency in the variable for the currency to a currency other than 'JPY', such as 'USD', 

The same how to change the parameter:currency from the API for an already created quote.
