FCCS_REC OBFXCTA not working properly for march

Users have reported strange behavior in the FCCS_REC OBFXCTA account. According to the documentation, it should work as an opening balance for the result in the periodic view.

In Feb-2023 its behavior was as expected. However, for March this account is not correctly calculating the opening balance based on the result of previous months.

It's like adding the January result + the February result + the January result again. This generates a distortion of 7 million in the result and users are unable to proceed with the monthly close.
