Ship Confirmation Button Disabled

Summary:: Not able to do ship Confirmation or Remove Allocation



Content (required):Hi All,

There are few transfer order that are stuck at shipment due to fiscal document error. Now customer wants to reverse these lines.

Problem is

1) Ship Confirmation button is disabled

2) Back Order Button is disabled.

3) Fiscal Document Status : In Process

I tried to Perform ' Request Fiscal Document' . But still no effect.


Can someone please let me know how can I perform Reversal of these orders?

Any idea if there is FBDI or Web service I can use to fix this?
