Amortization schedule different in Oracle

Hi there,

My client has only two finance leases and I am trying to migrate them.

I was successful in setting up a backdated lease with both the FBDI and just by manually entering the information. However, the initial present value/opening liability does not match up to the lease information provided, despite the periods, payment amounts, and interest amounts being the same. Any ideas as to why these would be different and how can I do a lease migration so that the data matches?

Values entered in Fixed Asset module:

• Lease Start Date: 2018-12-01 (cannot have start date as 2018-12-31 if Payment Options = In advance because system assumes 1st Payment date should be 2018-01-31)
