User display preference prevents even Service administrators to save system rule changes

==========Current Issue======

1) Service Administrator to login and change User Preferences for Display to

use Display Member Label as: "Alias:MemberName"

2) Go to Application -> Consolidation -> "Opening Balance Carry Forward"

Edit the values for "Current Scenario" or any parameter & Click Save.

3) Go to Home screen and come back to Consolidation,"Opening Balance Carry

Forward"  & you will notice the changes would not have saved.

======Issue is resolved by =======

1) Service Administrator to login and change User Preferences for Display to

use below

Display Member Label as: "Default"

 instead of

Display Member Label as: "Alias:MemberName"

2) Go to Application -> Consolidation -> "Opening Balance Carry Forward"
