Summary:

Subscribe Viewpoint A to Viewpoint B and limited the request items to adds -- include properties when a member is added, but do not create request items or trigger requests when properties are updated other than in the context of adds.

Content (required):

We are trying to set up a subscription between two viewpoints (Viewpoint A subscribing to Viewpoint B) with the following features:

1) The included actions are limited to Add

2) Subscriptions are triggered only when a member is added to Viewpoint B

3) Property values for members added to Viewpoint B are included in the subscription request to Viewpoint A
