Not getting the Entitlement details from OTBI

Summary: We have created a bunch of custom entitlements, and I wanted to use OTBI to get the detailed Entitlement report like what Access Points are being used in that entitlement, for validating the build. However, the report doesn't show the entitlements unless we have models created out of these entitlements. Is this intended behavior or, am I missing a step here.
