How do I get the 'Know As' name to show in the directory?

Summary:

How do I get the 'Know As' name to show in the directory?

Content (required):

We would like the 'Known As' name to show in the directory. I went to Manage Person Name Styles and added the 'Known As' Name Component under the United States. Then, I went to Manage Person Name Formats and created the following condition for the Display Name, List Name and Order Name. I then ran the following processes: 1) Apply Name Formats for the Display Name, List Name, and Order Name. 2) Update Person Search Keywords. 3) Send Personal Data for Multiple Users to LDAP for all users.

Howdy, Stranger!
