Legacy Learning records with complete status showing in Current Learning

Summary:

Converted learner items using the business object LegacyLearningItem.dat then added learner records through the HDL using LearningItemType=ORA_LEGACY . Learning records are showing in the Current Learning tab in the RUX

Content (required):

We are testing the conversion of learning history and have created learning both legacy learning items and corresponding learning records with LearningItemType=ORA_LEGACY and status ORA_ASSN_REC_COMPLETE. My expectation is that these records would display in the Learning History/All Completed Learning filter however they are showing in the Current filter. See screen capture below below are Completed records. None of the other filters are displaying. We have not loaded any non-legacy courses.
