Updating Useful Life in Years via import/spreadsheet

Is there a way to update Life in years for an existing asset via spreadsheet or import?

We are in the process of conversion testing process and a category defaults at the staging. Instead of making the category change individually, we would like to update the category via import or spreadsheet en masse. I saw on the Adjust Asset via spreadsheet a column for Life in Years, but it still doesn't update in the UI.
