Issue with scrolling on UI pages not returning all members?

Summary:

Using the current version of EDMCS, we ran into an issue using Converters. When we were looking for a property which we knew we had assigned, it did not show up in the view for the Converter properties. We scrolled to what we thought was the bottom of the view.
