Unable to Download attachments from Get all attachments for an invoice API ( OIC , Oracle Fusion )

Summary:

I was able to send a GET request to this API and receive a correct response, however I am not able to download the attachments. The API itself doesn't send attachments back in the response but links, The issue is how would I be able to download these files ? What is the file directory that I should provide, in order to be able to download the file ?
