On a government POD, wow do you setup private smartview connections

Hello everyone.

I am working on a POD in the DATA CENTER - US Gov/Civ Fed. When we login to PBCS we have to go to the the myservices page so we can agree to the Terms/Conditions. While this is a little different, it isn't the end of the world.

The issue that we are having is more with smartview. To login to smartview we have also login to the myservices (to check the box for terms and conditions) and then go to options/advanced and change the link to the direct link for the POD and then when we expand the POD to get the cubes (in the panel) we have to type our password in again. I hope I am just doing it wrong, but that is how we got it to work. We are also unable to create a private connection that works, so
