Description (Required):

There are many scenarios where we need to retry some invocations. We had Fault Policies & Fault Binding in SOA, it will be great if we have similar feature in OIC

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

There are some payment gateway remains down for couple of seconds during day time. But it's expected integration won't failed for the same. Hence a inbuilt retry mechanism will be very much useful
