Setup: Project budget is enabled for work flow
Once the budget is submitted for approval, the approval history will be listed against the version in the Manage Budget versions page. This approval history will list, all approvers and the approval status will be mentioned against each of the approvers.
There is a requirement from the customer, to build a report and we need to bring the same details as in the approval history page with all the Persons i.e Submitted by, approved by, assigned to, Future assignee etc.. . This report is required for audit purpose. This report can be generated at different points of time i.e immediately after submit, during the approval process, after completion of approval.
