How to link uploaded documents to re-migrated absence records

Summary:

Customer had implemented most modules of Oracle HCM Cloud including Absence Management with exception of Payroll. After 2 years of go-live, they want to implement Payroll Cloud. During design session, it was realized that existing absence information and types need to migrated to new types with additional configurations required for payroll to function.

Content (required):

As such it was decided to re-migrate the data and absence information to new types for statutory calculations and other reasons. So we decided to create HDL file using interface inbound extract and delete existing absence and re-create past absences with newly configured absence types. One of the question that we have is people may have uploaded documents in system for maternity absences etc. How do we re-link these documents to re-migrated absence. Is there a way to do so?

Howdy, Stranger!
