Oracle Fusion Projects Burdening
We use Projects burdening process and would like to meet with a customer who utilizes the burdening process to ask some questions that Oracle Support and our support team seem to be unable to answer.
Accrual transactions do not recognize burden rate changes. Per Oracle, standard functionality is that this will never happen because they are net-zero transactions. As a government contractor, burden rate changes are necessary and accrual transactions should be a part of this costing activity. We are trying to understand if there is configuration change warranted on our end or a process change that no one else has offered. It is our understanding that our desired burdening behavior exists in PeopleSoft.
