Unable to add DFF in Item Attachments

Would like to add DFF in Item Attachments

Hello all,

I am trying add DFF for Item Attachment, but DFF is not reflecting in the Item Attachment page.

Followed below steps to add DFF in Item Attachments:

- Login to the Environment 
- Navigate to Setup and Maintenance > Manage Descriptive Flexfields 
- In the Name field enter "Attached Documents DFF" and click on Search Button 
- Go to Action > Edit > Edit Descriptive Flexfield: Attached Documents DFF is displayed 
- From Actions > Create > Enter Name and Data type 
- Create Valueset with values and fill other appropriate fields 
- Click on Save and Close button > Click on Deploy Flexfield button
