Initiative triggering before start date

Summary:

We've created some initiatives to start from 01/05/2023 however team members are being triggered to complete this already. One of the team members showed me on her end and it showed as already due with 13 days to complete even though it shouldn't even have run these until the 1st May.

We have the initiative set up to pull from a BI report so that anyone who has a hire date on the day will automatically be added to the initiative but I still thought this wouldn't commence with issuing the learning until after the 1st May. Attached screenshot of initiative set up which is how we were advised to do this from our implementation partner. I've also included a screenshot of the learners in the initiative so far where it's showing that the start date is 01/05/2023 but that they're already in progress and learning is tracking as due.

Howdy, Stranger!
