Has anyone implemented Inline forecast Consumption functionality in Oracle Cloud Supply Planning ?

Summary: Inline Forecast consumption functionality used to work seamlessly in Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.1 and 12.2) with dummy ATO Model configured with Make Finished good to drive forecast consumption at lowest level buy (raw) item. This does not work in Cloud though. Please confirm if anyone has deployed this functionality using Oracle fusion cloud ?

Inline forecast consumption functionality in Oracle EBS facilitate driving and consumption of Forecast at lowest Buy (Raw) material level where businesses do not have Planning Bills or Product Families to Capture and consume forecast.
