Need to see BPM Approval Flow in OTBI

Summary:

I am trying to create an OTBI report and would like to see the BPM approval flow from OTBI report. When trying to figure out who approved the requisition, since there are many staff who approves a requisition, I want to see whose approval is pending. For example:

Content (required):

Line 1: Requisition submission

Line 2: Approval of Mr.X (HOD)

Line 3: Approval of Mr.Y (Finance HOD)

Line 4: Approval of Mr.Z (Procurement HOD)

I would like to know where / which subject area from OTBI I can see the approval permission for Mr X,Y and Z and which department Mr.X,Y and Z belongs to from Subject Area.
