"Unable to process your request" error in FRS when the default member is set to blank in prompt

Summary: When the default member prompt is set to blank, it throws an error saying "Unable to process your request."

Content (required): The client's requirement is not to have a default value so that the users will not have any need to remove the default member and add another member since each user uses a different member.

Example: The default member value for the department is set to "All departments." User A wants to run the report for Department 1, and User B wants to run the report for Department 2, so the user has to remove the All Department (Default) value and add Department 1 or Department 2 to run the report.
