Email documents using 'Manage Shipping Document Output Preferences'

We are using the email functionality under the 'Manage Shipping Document Output Preferences'.

For shipping reports, the email is being sent to the relevant stakeholders defined in the setup.


Could someone please help with the following questions:

1. Is there a way to have the document number included in the email subject or email body? (for example the pick slip number or commercial invoice number)

  • We can edit the Email subject and body but is there a way to have the document number defaulted in the email subject or body?

2. Is there a way to have the email sent to the user executing the request (for example the pick slip or the packing slip)
