Buyers creates for PO for 3 or 1 Years how budget will be reserved? if i create single PO and whole amount will be reserved in same month. Business wants to reserve only respective amount in respective months. Example: Business enters 1 years contract for 12K, every month 1K should be reserved in respective months.
We suggested (refer screenshot) but business not agreeing with approach. They are ready to create BPA or CPA but PO should be release every month 1st or 5th and place GRN against to that. AP team creates 3 Way matched invoice referring PO/GRN.
