How to display mandatory attributes on the overview page of the item during item creation

Summary:

When a new item is created, we want user to see the mandatory attributes in the overview page of the item. This is similar to how we see Unit of Measure attribute.

We have seen that if there is any attribute which is generating description by rules, then it is displayed in the overview page as mandatory field. However if there are no rules on the mandatory attribute, then it is not visible in the overview page.

As user doesn't see this attribute under mandatory attributes, they try to save the item by only providing the basic details. But system gives error saying that "xyz is a required attribute". It becomes difficult for user to search and navigate to that attribute, specially when there are many custom pages and EFFs.
