What time does the User Password Changes Audit Report show?

I'm running the User Password Changes Audit Report and I'd like to know what time zone does the report output show.

Content (required):

User Password Changes Audit Report is run through the following steps:

  1. Open the Scheduled Processes work area.
  2. Click Schedule New Process.
  3. Search for and select the User Password Changes Audit Report process.
  4. In the Process Details dialog box, set parameters and click Submit.
  5. Click OK to close the confirmation message.

When reading the report, I can't tell if the time is AM or PM and what timezone its time is displayed in (UTC or the timezone that Fusion is set to?)
