Demand Management: why the price measure is empty?

Summary:

We followed the steps below to get Price loaded into DM Plan and we haven't been successful. All the price measures are empty and also the Value measures as well.

What might be causing the Price measure to be null?

Note: The item we tested has a Price in the List Price we added.

We have tried the following steps to load the item price in the DM plan options list price?

Price List Setup to enable it to be collected in Planning:

  • Go to Order Management >Manage Price Lists > Search and Edit the Price List having the issue
